How do I sign in?

- You can sign in directly by selecting your Google account or by selecting on Create an Account by filling up your details.


I forgot my password and want to request for new password?

- In case you have forgotten your password click on Forgot Password option enter your email id and link will be send to change/retrieve the password.


I am trying to login, but the app says that my email already exists. Still having trouble accessing your account?

- When your same email is linked to another account (for example, an old account, a guest account, another family member's account, etc.) you receive this error. Please follow the steps below to solve this: 1) Sign in with your username/password 2) Press "Ok" instead of "Get Help" when the error message appears telling you your email is taken 3) Enter a different email address or contact support for email update 4) Done! You'll be entered into the app.



WORKOUTS FAQ

How do I book my Trainer? 

- Click on the services which you want to avail for yourself e.g. Weight loss transformation, Yoga, Zumba etc. Once you click on the services you will have to choose your trainer, from there you can book your trainer.


How do I choose my plan of workout? 

- As per your fitness goals select your favorate workouts from the given options in Home PT and Online PT. If you want to avail other services like Event, Certifications, Corporate or Kids fitness you can select and avail them once you login.


Can I book trainer for me and my family members/friends?

- Once you select the services you will get an option to select how many members are interested to take the services. You can fill the numbers and then take the services.


How to pay for the services?

- Once you book for the services and book trainer as per your timings and your preferred trainer you will be redirected to a page for payment where you can do online payment through UPI. No other payment method will be available.
