REFUND AND CANCELLATION POLICY

Membership - Cancellation and Refund

In case of transaction made to purchase a membership through Fit Kutumb and there is no unfulfillment from Fit Kutumb or from the affiliate service provider the refund given to the customer will be calculated as mentioned below:


• 100% refund of the membership purchase, only deducting the payment gateway charges, if the cancellation is requested within 24 hours from the time of membership purchase.

• 75% refund of the membership purchase, if the cancellation is requested between 24 to 48 hours from the time of membership purchase.

• If services are taken for a number of days and the client wants to do cancellation of membership purchase then instead of a package rate given in the application per day session charge would be applicable for the number of days services taken and the refund given will be 50% of the amount pa-id in the source account as a cancellation charges applied will be 50%.


Any refund request, after 48 hours from the time of placing the order will not be entertained.


In the case of unfulfillment from Fit Kutumb or from the affiliate service provider against the membership purchased the refund given to the customer will be calculated as mentioned below:

In case of unfulfillment from Fit Kutumb or its affiliated service provider the customer is eligible for the refund when the concern is raised and not resolved within 2 Business days. The customer has to intimate Fit Kutumb within 48 hours from the start date of the membership purchased.

In case of non-consumption of your membership after your membership period lapses, a refund/extension is not applicable.



Pay Per Session - Cancellation and Refund

In case of a transaction made to purchase a Trial/ Workout Session, A customer is not entitled to a refund/reschedule if he/she fails to attend the session.

In case of emergency if service provider cancels the Paid Session the refund will be given in the source account or the session will be in your account which can be used to reschedule the session as per the customers convenience.

The refund request needs to be raised through email at fitkutumb@gmail.com from the same email id as of order.
